The building was completed in 1996 and provides a total net lettable area of 46700 sqm over 13 levels and includes 1750 sqm of retail accommodation on the ground and basement levels and basement parking for over 500 cars.

 

It is also the address for Poland's largest and oldest commercial bank - PKO BP.
